Jay Chafin

I have worked and lived in the Batesville area for over 13 years. I love getting to help my community and raise my family here. My background is in Customer Service and Education. Assisting families in planning for the future is my goal and I look forward to advising our community on Insurance and Financial Services.

As a life-long Independence County native, I have held many positions – all allowing me to fulfill my passion of "rising by lifting others." Serving this community with Jay Chafin and the team is a perfect fit for me. Our customers are so very important to all of us!! Both in and out of the office, meeting the needs of our community is our priority. I hold a BA from U of A at Little Rock and have been in the insurance industry for many years. Sharing this beautiful life with my husband; our three adult children and their spouses; our seven beautiful granddaughters and two sweet dogs makes my heart so full.

I was born and raised in Batesville. I graduated from Batesville High School in 1999, where I furthered my education at ASU Jonesboro with a Bachelor of Science in 2006. I’ve been in the insurance industry since 2022. I love spending time with my family and my Havapoo, Harley. I enjoy spending time in the Ozarks and exploring everything our beautiful state has to offer.

I was born and raised in Mountain Home, AR. I graduated from MHHS in 2022. I moved to Batesville after I graduated and have been in customer service for 3 years now. I love spending time with my friends and family, and my King Charles Spaniel, Cowboy. I enjoy everything horses and love to barrel race when I have the time.

I joined Jay Chafin's team in September 2016. I was raised in Flippin, AR & graduated from Flippin High School in 2004. I then attended Arkansas State University in Mountain Home & graduated with a double Associate's Degree in 2008. I have been working in the financial services & insurance industry since 2004. My husband & I have been married since August 2004. We have 3 children & enjoy being outdoors hiking, camping, fishing & kayaking as a family. I look forward to serving our communities in both the Mountain Home & Batesville offices.

I have lived in the Twin Lakes area most of my life. I graduated from Mountain Home High School in 2007. I have 2 associate degrees from ASU-Mountain Home & a bachelor degree in education from ASU-Jonesboro. I started working with the Jay Chafin team in January of 2022. We have a 10-year-old daughter, 3 dogs & enjoy being outdoors: kayaking, fishing, hunting & hiking. I look forward to serving our communities in both the Mountain Home & Batesville offices.

I was born & raised in Mountain Home, AR. I attended Mountain Home High School where I held leadership roles 4 years as part of the FIRST Robotics Competition FRC Team 16/aka BombSquad with a total of 8 years in the FIRST program. I am a prior mentor to the Pinkston Robotics Team & a big supporter of the STEM programs. I graduated from ASUMH with an Associate Degree in Business. My fiance & I are avid adventure seekers & find joy in hiking, fishing & a multitude of other outdoor activities. I look forward to serving our communities in both the Mountain Home & Batesville offices.
